Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using PromptInspire. It applies to our website, prompt discovery experience, AI image generation tools, uploaded reference images, generated output, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related services.

PromptInspire is built for lawful, creative, and respectful AI image exploration. You are responsible for the prompts, reference images, generated output, and other content you submit or create through the Service.

2. Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use PromptInspire to create, request, upload, store, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.

Prohibited content and activity includes:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to sexualize a person who appears to be a minor.
• Face-swap, deepfake, non-consensual likeness manipulation, or face-manipulation content.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• Hate, extremist, or violent content that promotes harm or discrimination.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, false endorsement, or deceptive content.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, account restrictions, payment controls, or platform security.
• Any unlawful, regulated, or high-risk use that requires professional, legal, medical, financial, or governmental authorization.

3. AI Generation Safety

PromptInspire screens image-generation requests before they are sent to supported AI models. If a prompt or reference image may violate our safety rules, the request may be blocked and no credits will be charged for prompts blocked before provider submission.

Generated output may also be reviewed before it is shown or saved. If output is blocked by safety checks, it may be hidden, the task may fail, and credits may be restored or withheld according to our safety and refund rules.

Do not try to evade moderation by using coded language, misspellings, prompt injection, indirect instructions, or other bypass attempts.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

PromptInspire provides a user interface and workflow layer for supported AI image models. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, or other model providers unless expressly stated.

Your use of supported models may also be subject to the policies of the underlying providers.

5. Enforcement

We may block generations, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke credits, or report activity when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms of Service, provider policies, payment-provider rules, or applicable law has been violated.

6. Reporting Misuse

If you believe PromptInspire is being used for prohibited content, rights violations, impersonation, scams, harassment, or other abuse, contact us at support@promptinspire.app.
