1. Overview

PromptInspire is a prompt inspiration and AI image exploration service. Part of our website may organize, reference, or republish publicly available AIGC works, prompt examples, thumbnails, metadata, and related inspiration found on the internet. When we do this, we aim to identify the original source, creator, or public reference link where reasonably available.

We respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. If you believe content available on PromptInspire infringes your copyright, you may send us a takedown notice using the process below.

Please send copyright notices to support@promptinspire.app with the subject line DMCA Notice.

If PromptInspire appoints or registers a formal DMCA designated agent, we will update this page with the agent information.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or other specific location of the material on PromptInspire that you want removed or disabled.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may reject incomplete notices or ask for additional information. If we determine that a notice is valid, we may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the user or source associated with the material.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. Please include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of an appropriate United States federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, restrict features, or take other appropriate action against users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit content that violates our policies.

6. Good-Faith Curation

PromptInspire's public inspiration pages are intended to help users discover creative AIGC references, understand prompt styles, and learn from publicly available examples. Attribution and source links do not imply endorsement, ownership, sponsorship, or permission from the original creator unless expressly stated.

If you are a creator and would like your work corrected, credited differently, linked to a preferred source, or removed, contact us at support@promptinspire.app. We will review reasonable requests in good faith.
